少儿重疾险怎么买?2025年少儿重疾险产品选购指南

不少家长是因为偶然听到或刷到少儿白血病、脑瘤之类的新闻,才知道小孩子其实也存在高发重疾,也隐约知道政府主导的医保之类保障只能兜底,报销比例较低而且不负责社保外购药、营养费、家长陪护成本等,所以才开始主动了解少儿重疾险。
Many parents only learn about childhood critical illnesses like leukemia or brain tumors after stumbling on news reports. They may also vaguely know that government health plans offer limited coverage—low reimbursement, no out-of-pocket drugs, nutrition, or parent care costs, prompting them to explore child critical illness insurance.

但市面上的少儿重疾险产品众多,怎么才能选到合适的呢?下面就来谈谈选购少儿重疾险时应该重点关注的三方面:自身需求,产品保障,以及售后服务。But with so many options, how to pick the right one? It's simple. Just focus on three key factors: your needs, the coverage, and the service.

自身需求 Your Needs

首先,要考虑孩子的年龄(如是否出生满28天)、身体状况(如是否早产、出生体重,是否有过住院和就医记录等)、家族病史(如恶性肿瘤)等。你需要这些信息来明确你到底需要什么样的产品。First, consider your child’s age (e.g., is he/she at least 28 days old?), health history (e.g., premature birth, birth weight, past hospitalizations), and family medical history (e.g., cancer). These factors determine what kind of coverage you need.

例如,有些保险意识强的家长想给还没出生的宝宝买保险,但少儿重疾险普遍要求孩子出生满28天才能购买。当然,这种情况下,家长也可以购买孕产险来为新生儿提供基本的疾病和意外伤害保障。For example, some proactive parents want to buy insurance for their unborn child, but most child critical illness policies require the baby to be at least 28 days old. In such cases, maternity insurance can provide basic illness and accident coverage for newborns.

再比如,有的宝宝早产,一般的产品都会要求等宝宝2岁后才能投保,这时就需要留意核保更宽松的产品。如果孩子的直系亲属患有特定疾病,那么就可以优先选择对这种疾病保额更高的产品。Similarly, if a baby is born prematurely, standard policies may require waiting until age 2—so look for insurers with more lenient underwriting. If there’s a family history of certain diseases, prioritize plans offering higher coverage for those conditions.

另外,重疾险的等待期一般较长,从90天到180天不等。对于身体不太好的孩子、或者家长担心孩子在等待期内出险的,就可以多看看等待期较短的产品。Also, note that critical illness insurance usually has a long waiting period (90–180 days). If your child has health concerns or you worry about claims during this window, opt for policies with shorter waiting periods.

产品保障 The Coverage

知道自己要什么,下一步就要货比三家,有比较才有鉴别。不要轻易听信网红产品或者熟人推荐,因为它就算真的很好也未必适合你。Once you know what you need, the next step is to compare different policies—don’t blindly trust influencer recommendations or word-of-mouth suggestions, as even a "good" policy may not suit your needs.

凡是需要掏出真金白银来购买的,你都需要对它有一个基本的了解。你要知道,你交了保费,保险公司需要为你提供哪些保障。Before spending money, you should understand exactly what coverage you’re paying for.

下面将以目前市面在售的几款产品为例(参数设置:0岁男孩保终身,保额50万,交费30年),介绍少儿重疾险的保障责任以及挑选重点。Below, we’ll compare three popular child critical illness insurance policies (for a newborn boy, lifelong coverage, 500K sum insured, 30-year premium payment) to highlight key selection criteria.



1. 基本保障,也就是产品对重疾、中症和轻症的保障。Core Coverage: Critical, Moderate & Minor Illnesses.

这里需要重点关注的是不同产品对重疾、中症和轻症的保额、赔付次数和赔付比例。Here, the focus is on payout amounts, frequency, and percentages.

可以看到,同样50万的保额,御享欣生和小青龙6号都是重疾多次赔,但次数有别。前者可赔3次,每次100%保额(50万),最多可赔150万;后者可赔6次,赔付比例最低为100%保额(50万),最高为160%保额(80万),最多可赔420万。青云卫5号是重疾单次赔,赔付比例是100%保额(50万)。As the table shows, for Critical Illness (Major Conditions): Yuxiang Xinsheng pays 3x (100% each, max 1.5M);Xiaoqinglong No.6 pays 6x (100%-160%, max 4.2M);Qingyunwei No.5,single payout (100%, 500K).

中、轻症方面,三款产品都是多次赔,每次的赔付比例也一样,都是轻症赔30%保额(15万),中症赔60%保额(30万)。御享欣生最多可赔付30*3+15*3=135万,小青龙6号最多可赔付30*6+15*6=270万,青云卫5号则为30*2+15*5=135万。For moderate & Minor Illnesses, all three offer multiple payouts: Minor (30% = 150K per claim), Moderate (60% = 300K per claim). So the total max payouts is :1.35M for Yuxiang Xinsheng, 2.7M for Xiaoqinglong No.6, and 1.35M for Qingyunwei No.5.

2. 特疾保障,也就是除了赔付基本保额,还针对少儿特定疾病进行额外赔付。Special Disease Coverage (Extra Payouts for Childhood Illnesses)

这里主要看产品是否额外赔付白血病等少儿高发疾病以及额外赔付比例。Key question: Does it cover high-risk diseases like leukemia?

可以看到,上面三款产品均对少儿高发特定疾病有额外赔付,其中,御享欣生赔付100%保额,小青龙6号和青云卫5号均赔付120%保额(60万)。也就是说,如果患了白血病(少儿高发重疾),御享欣生会赔付50万+50万=100万,小青龙6号和青云卫5号会赔付50万+60万=110万。

As we can see, all three cover childhood-specific critical illnesses with extra payouts. Yuxiang Xinsheng: +100% (500K → 1M total for leukemia). Xiaoqinglong No.6 & Qingyunwei No.5: +120% (500K → 1.1M total).

3. 特色保障,也就是保险公司推出的差异化保障,主要包括保费豁免和特色保险金等保障,例如恶性肿瘤重度拓展保险金、白血病骨髓移植保险金以及心理疾病保险金等。Additional Benefits. These vary by insurer and can include: premium waivers (if child gets sick, future premiums are waived), leukemia bone marrow transplant coverage (reimburses high transplant costs), mental health coverage, and so on.

这些都属于锦上添花型的保障,结合家庭和孩子的实际情况选择即可。As they are all optional but useful, just pick the ones that are best for your family and your child.

比如上面三款产品中,御享欣生和青云卫5号都有的“轻中重症后豁免后续保费”这项责任很实用,可以减轻一边治病一边还要继续交保费的压力。此外,小青龙6号和青云卫5号都有的白血病骨髓移植保险金也是比较实用的,一旦不幸罹患白血病需要做骨髓移植,就能报销移植过程中产生的一部分高额费用。For instance, Yuxiang Xinsheng & Qingyunwei No.5 offer premium waivers (very practical). Xiaoqinglong No.6 & Qingyunwei No.5 cover bone marrow transplants (valuable for leukemia treatment).

总的来说,比较少儿重疾险产品时,应该先看产品本身,看合同条款规定的产品责任,优先选择保障全面、保终身、保额高的产品。In a word, you need to focus on the policy itself, and prioritize policies that offer: comprehensive protection, lifetime coverage, and higher sum insured.

售后服务 The Service

带着需求发现了合适的产品,下一步,很多人就直接自己在网上购买,或者在平台人员协助下购买了。但自己在网上买保险其实是有隐患的,因为没考虑到售后服务环节。After identifying a suitable policy, many parents proceed to purchase directly online or through platform agents. However, this DIY approach often overlooks crucial after-sales service considerations.

一来,没有专人提醒保单续费,投保人很容易漏缴造成保单失效,失去保障。就拿我家在某互联网保险平台给娃买的的意外险来说,要不是因为我进入保险行业有了梳理自家保障情况的意识,我都不知道这份保险已经两年没交费了。For one thing, without professional reminders, it's easy to miss premium payments - potentially voiding coverage.
